Ordering guidelines yachting

To ensure the availability of as many products as possible and to guarantee on-time delivery, it is important that the order is finalized two weeks before the charter.

An order is considered finalized when written approval has been given or when the order has been paid for.

Please keep the following guidelines in mind:

  1. More than 4 weeks before the charter
    The customer indicates which products they would like to have on board.

  2. Between 3 and 4 weeks before the charter
    Discussions take place between Impossible Drinks and the customer regarding desired products and pricing.

  3. Between 2 and 3 weeks before the charter
    The draft order and costs are clarified.

  4. 2 weeks before the charter
    The order confirmed by the client.
