When is an order confirmed and binding?
An order is considered binding once the customer has confirmed their acceptance of the quotation in writing. This can occur via:-
Payment on this website
This includes selecting "Pay through invoice" at checkout. In this case, you have not physically paid yet but have confirmed your commitment to pay by invoice.

Written acceptance
By replying to our quotation via email or WhatsApp.
- Signature on the provided quotation
Once confirmed, the order is legally binding and must be paid in full.
Canceling an order after confirmation
In the rare event of order cancellation after it has been confirmed, the following terms apply:- Cancellation at least 7 days prior to the delivery date:
- 50% of the total order value (excluding shipping) is owed to Impossible Drinks.
- Cancellation within 7 days of the delivery date:
- 100% of the total order value (including shipping) is owed to Impossible Drinks.
Rationale behind the cancellation policy
As a service-based drinks supplier, we often purchase products specifically for individual orders. Once an order is confirmed, we immediately begin sourcing your products from various suppliers.
